On the AICPA homepage, you can update your personal and professional information by clicking My Account and My Profile. Under your profile, you can update your name, contact information, employer information, skills, interests, and update your online and offline communications.

To unsubscribe to AICPA emails, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account through the AICPA homepage.
2. Hover over My Account.
3. Click My profile.
4. Click Online Communications under SETTINGS.
5. Click Unsubscribe at the top to unsubscribe from all the email communications or drill down to unsubscribe from specific mailings.

Once you've updated your account preferences, please allow up to 10 business days for these emails to cease.

To update your CPA license information, contact Member Service by email at service@aicpa.org or by phone at 888.777.7077, 9am-6pm ET, Monday-Friday.

To update your employer status to retired, follow these steps:                                                                                                                    1. Log in to your account through the AICPA homepage.                                                                                                                              2. Hover over My Account.                                                                                                                                                                                       3. Click My profile.                                                                                                                                                                                                       4. Click Employer Information.                                                                                                                                                                                5. Click I have retired and work under 20 hours per week.                                                                                                                             Please note, if you have not yet met the full retirement age as defined by the Social Security Administration (SSA), you can select I have temporarily left the workforce and unemployed as a place holder. This will need to be updated annually until you reach full retirement age.
